Ingredients
1. 1/2 kg (1 lb) gram flour
2. 2 cups powdered sugar
3. 1 cup ghee or butter
4. 8 cardamoms, powdered
5. 1 tbsp raisins
6. 1 tbsp fried cashew nuts
Method
1. Heat ghee (butter)n a pan, roast the gram flour until golden brown or sweet aroma appears.
2. Then add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, raisins, fried cashews, and fry for another 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool for some time.
4. Make small balls from the flour using ghee.
