Mexican Tortilla Pinwheels

Ready in: 2-5 hrs
- 1 container (8 ounce size) sour cream
- 1 container (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (4 ounce size) diced green chiles, well drained
- 1 can (4 ounce size) chopped black olives, well drained
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- garlic powder, to taste
- seasoned salt, to taste
- 5 flour tortillas (10-inch size)
- salsa
Combine the sour cream, cream cheese, green chiles, black olives, Cheddar cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and seasoned salt in a bowl. Mix completely. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas. Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for 2-5 hours. Unwrap the tortilla pinwheels and cut into 1 or 2-inch slices and serve immediately with salsa for dipping.
