- 1 box (18.25 ounce size) German chocolate cake mix plus ingredients to prepare
- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 6 ounces caramel sauce
- 8 ounces frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 8 Heath toffee candy bars, crushed
Preheat oven as directed on cake mix package. Prepare the cake as directed on package and bake in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Let the cake cool slightly then poke holes evenly in the cake using the small end of a wooden spoon (or something else of similar size). Evenly drizzle the sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce over the slightly warm cake so that it drips into the holes. Let the cake stand for 1-2 hours or until completely cooled and the sweet sauces have soaked in. Spread the whipped topping over the cake evenly and then sprinkle with the crushed candy bars. Store in the refrigerator.
