- 2 cups elbow macaroni pasta, uncooked
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup
- 1 soup can water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt and pepper, to taste
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Brown ground beef, garlic and onion in a large skillet. Drain off fat. Mix the tomato soup with the water and sugar in a small bowl. Add this to the beef. Add the macaroni and cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens.
