  • 1 large can tuna in water (drained)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened at room temp)
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/4 liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients until well blended.

This is best if made a few hours ahead of time for the best flavor. Serve with your favorite crackers.
