1 1/2 to 2 pounds catfish fillets
1 1/2 Swiss cheese, shredded
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tablespoons bacon bits
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
paprika

Boil fish until int flakes easily with a fork. Drain and flake. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over bottom of unbaked pie shell. Beat eggs and soup together. Stir in fish, bacon bits, onion salt and pepper. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
