3 links beef or pork sausage, cut in hunks
4-6 medium potatoes, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 cup carrot, sliced thin or grated
1 medium onion, sliced
chicken broth or water
salt & pepper to taste
In a baking dish layer the above ingredients and add 2 cups chicken broth or water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
