2 lbs. ground beef
1 16-oz. can refried beans
1 4-oz. can green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 Tbs. hot salsa
4 C. Colby Jack cheese
12 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
1 16-oz. jar mild salsa
2 C. water
2 C. sour cream
1 can sliced ripe olives
3 green onions, chopped
1 med. tomato, chopped

Directions

Brown beef in large skillet, drain and stir in the beans, chilies, taco seasoning and hot salsa. In greased 13x9-inch baking dish, layer noodles and meat mixture, sprinkle with 1 C. cheese. Repeat layers twice. Combine salsa and water and pour over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with sour cream, olives, onions, tomatoes and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered for 5 minutes longer. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
