1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 medium peaches, diced to equal 1 cup
TOPPING:
1/2 cups pecans, chopped
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Mix butter, milk and egg together; pour into dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Fold in peaches.
Spoon mixture into greased and floured muffin pans. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake 20-25 minutes.
