Mix together with electric mixer:
2 ripe bananas, smashed
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup granulated sugar
Add and mix to combine:
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch salt
Stir in:
1 cup chopped walnuts
Bake for 70 minutes in oiled loaf pan at 350 degrees F.
Let rest for 10 minutes, remove from pan and let cool on wire rack.
Makes 1 lg loaf
