4 pieces thinly sliced deli-style cooked ham (about 4 ounces)
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
4 teaspoons half-and-half or light cream
Shredded cheese or snipped fresh herbs (optional)

Directions
1. Lightly butter four 6-ounce custard cups. Place on a baking sheet. Line each with piece of ham, pleating to fit.

2. Break 1 egg into each cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour half-and-half over each; cover with foil.

3. Bake the egg cups in a 350 degree F oven 20 to 25 minutes or until eggs are firm and whites are opaque. If you like, garnish with some cheese or herbs. Makes 4 servings.
