2 avocados, peeled and pitted
1/2 small red onion, diced
1 Tbsp (heaping) of a good salsa
Cilantro, chopped(to taste)
Garlic powder (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Cumin (to taste)
Fresh lime juice
In a medium bowl, smash the avocados; add the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Squeeze on a generous sprinkling of fresh lime juice; stir.
Best if assembled just before serving. If left out in the air, guacamole will turn brown on top. Lay plastic wrap directly on top and refrigerate if making a couple hours ahead.
Serve with chips.
