5lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 packs frenchs chili powder mix
1 can V8 cocktail juice (lg)
1 can plain tomato juice
2 cans diced tomatoes in garlic, oregano &
olive oil
5 cans red kidney beans
2 cans black beans
2 tsp sugar
dash of garlic powder
dash of chilli powder
dash of celery salt

Brown the ground beef in skillet with garlic, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. (it may take 2 skillet turns to brown all the beef) Toss that mixture in a stock pot. Add onion and green pepper. Add beans. Stir in Frenchs and sugar. Stir very well. Pour in V8, tomato juice and diced tomatoes. Cook on med-low for 2-3 hours. (or place in a large crock-pot on low all day)

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream or cooked pasta for chili mac.
