Old-Fashioned Coconut Pie

Ready in: 1-2 hrs
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 package (7 ounce size) flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into two greased 8-inch glass pie dishes. Bake at 300 degrees F for 45 minutes or until top of pie is golden brown. This pie makes its own crust.
