Easy Homemade Crepe

Ingredients:

3 eggs
3 tablespoons of sugar
A pinch of salt
2 cups of milk
1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of oil
Butter

Directions:

Step 1: Preparing the batter
Beat the eggs in a small bowl
Add the sugar, salt and a bit of milk
Put the flour in a big bowl, then pour the contents of the little bowl into the big bowl
Add the oil and the rest of the milk.Mix well. Leave out for 2 hours
Step 2: Make the crepes
Heat the pan. Put the butter in the pan
Put a tablespoon of the batter into the pan
Shake the pan to spread the batter
Flip the crepe when it is golden brown
Step 3: Serve the crepes
Put the crepe in a plate. Use the rest of the batter to make more crepes
Spread filling and/or powdered sugar on each crepe
Fold or roll the crepe
Top with sauce and/or powdered sugar
