1 brick of velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel with lime and cilantro
1 jar Ms. Referno's mild salsa (or any favorite salsa)
1 Tbs. canned diced jalapeno's
1/2 tsp. lime zest
Melt velveeta in double-boiler. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Heat through and serve.
Note: Lime chips seem to be the favorite for serving.
