2 cups cubed cooked ham
2 cups cubed potatoes (boiled)
1 can peas or green beans or vegetable of your choice
1 small diced onion
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup flour
1 3/4 cup milk
Saute the onion in the butter until soft. Add the flour and stir until combined.
Slowly add the milk until combined and salt & pepper to taste, bring to a light
boil stirring for 2 minutes.
Add 1st 3 ingredients to baking dish and pour sauce over and stir until combined.
Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
