Hot Spinach And Bacon Dip

Serves/Makes: 6 cups
Ready in: 30-60 minutes
- 1 package (10 ounce size) frozen spinach, thawed
- 2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
- 1 container (8 ounce size) sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 package (12 ounce size) bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain spinach and press between layers of paper towels; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add cheeses and spinach; beat until well blended. Stir in bacon. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes, or until brown and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
