- 1 pound stew meat (beef or pork)
- 1 can (12 ounce size) 7-up soda
- 1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cube beef bouillon
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot and mix well. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender. Just before serving, stir in some sour cream if desired.
