Herbed Turkey Breast

- 5 pounds turkey breast, fresh or thawed if frozen
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup garden vegetable-flavored whipped cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Place the turkey breast in the crock pot. In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients until well blended. Spread the mixture over the turkey so it is coated completely. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or until the turkey registers 165 degrees F on a meat thermometer. Remove the turkey from the crock pot and carve as desired.
