1 cup - unbleached flour
2 teaspoon - salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoon - paprika
4 skinless boneless chicken breast
Sauce
1/4 cup - margarine
1/2 cup - honey
1/4 cup - lemon juice -- at room temperature
1) Preheat oven at 400
2) Prepare a 9x13 inches baking pan with cooking spray
3) In a shallow bowl mix together the flour, salt, pepper and paprika; dip chicken into flour mixture
4) Add chicken pieces to the pan, then bake for 30 minutes, skin side down, in a single layer.
5) Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
6) Turn chicken, then cover with sauce.
7) Bake for 30 minutes more or until the chicken is fork-tender and no pink remains.
8) Spoon the sauce over the chicken again and serve.
