Ingredients:
FILLING:
1 lg. box Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding (sugar free)
1 lg. Cool Whip Lite
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients together until smooth and thick.
1 box Graham Crackers Low fat
ICING:
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup Pet evaporated milk (low fat)
1 cup SPLENDA (measurable)
1/4 cup margarine low fat
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Line the bottom of a 9 x 12 Pan with graham crackers. Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture on top of crackers. Put crackers on top of pudding, and then spread remaining pudding mixture. Put one more layer of graham crackers on top. (You should have 3 layers of graham crackers and 2 layers of pudding.)
Mix cocoa, milk, and SPLENDA together and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add margarine and vanilla and stir,stir,stir! Cool to room temperature. Spread on top of Graham crackers. Refrigerate.
