Smothered Chicken
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 3/4 - inch cubes
1-1/2 c. finely chopped vegetables
½ c. onion
½ c. celery
½ c. green pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can [14-1/2 oz.] stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can [10-3/4 oz.] condensed golden mushroom soup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Melt 2 tbsp. Margarine in large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until well browned.
Add vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 min.
Stir in tomatoes, soup and Worcestershire Sauce, heat to boil, reduce heat to medium low; cook 2 min. Serve over rice or noodles.
