2 Packs Kielbasa, any variety, sliced into bite sized pieces
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 sm. onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 can pizza sauce
1 can tomato soup
1/2 soup can water
1 clove garlic, dices
1 can italian diced tomatoes, drained
1 pack large egg noodles
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. cottage cheese

**all cans are the standard soup can size**
in large saucepan, saute oil, onion, garlic and pepper until tender, add pizza sauce, soup, tomatoes and water and bring to boil. Add kielbasa and simmer on low for 30 min.

in the meantime, boil noodles for 3 min. (until semi-tender, they will complete cooking from the juices while in oven). Drain and place into 9x13 and allow to cool for 15 min.

Spread cottage cheese over noodles, then kielbasa mixture over the cottage cheese. Top with cheddar and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Let stand 10 min. to thicken.

Serves 4-6
