  • 1 (9-inch size) chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • 1 quart macadamia nut ice cream, softened
  • 1 jar (12 ounce size) hot fudge ice cream topping
  • 1 container (8 ounce size) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 jar (3 ounce size) macadamia nuts, chopped

Spread the softened ice cream in the cookie crumb crust. Place the pie in the freezer and freeze until firm (about 2 hours).

Remove the pie from the freezer. Spread the pie with the Cool Whip then drizzle with the hot fudge ice cream topping. Sprinkle with the chopped macadamia nuts then serve immediately.
