- 1 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar or sugar substitute
- ice cubes
- 6 lime twists or wedges
- 6 fresh mint sprigs
Combine the lime juice, water, and sugar. Mix well, then chill thoroughly before serving. To serve, place ice in tall glasses. Pour the limeade over the ice and garnish with a lime twist and mint sprig. Freeze leftover limeade in ice cube trays to use in cocktails.
