16 oz bag cole slaw mix
handful chopped parsely
1 apple, chopped
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 Tbs. vinegar
4 Tbs. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1.Stir cole slaw mix, parsley and apple together.
2.Put the remaining ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Give it a good shake to combine.
3.Pour dressing over slaw and toss.
