1 chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk
1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping
1 carton whipped topping, thawed
Toffee bits or 1 or 2 Butterfinger candy bars, roughly chopped

Bake chocolate cake as directed. When still warm, poke holes in cake with straw. Pour Eagle brand condensed milk and butterscotch topping over cake. Chill. Before serving top with whipped topping and toffee bits or chopped candy.

NOTE: I have used a caramel or white cake mix and hot fudge topping as a variation.
