4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup mirin (sweetened Japanese rice wine)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
5 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
4 sesame seed hamburger buns, split

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Bring sugar, soy sauce, mirin and rice vinegar to a boil in saucepan. Boil for 8-10 minutes or until reduced to 3/4 cup, stirring occasionally. Keep glaze warm over low heat. Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce together in bowl until blended; adjust seasonings. Set aside.

Arrange chicken on grill rack brushed with oil. Grill with lid down over moderately hot coals for 3 minutes per side to sear. Grill for 6-8 minutes longer or until cooked through, turning and basting with warm glaze every 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Remove to warm platter. Toast cut side of buns on grill. Spread mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of buns. Place chicken on bottom halves of buns; top with remaining buns. Serves 4
