1 can each lima and kidney beans and chick peas, drained
1 small English cucumber, sliced
1 small green bell pepper and onion, chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1-3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar and dry mustard
Dash cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
3-4 hard-cooked eggs, quartered or sliced
Shredded lettuce
In a salad bowl, combine prepared vegetables with drained beans. Blend remaining ingredients, except lettuce eggs. Pour over salad and stir to mix. Line salad plates with shredded lettuce, top with salad and garnish with eggs. Serves 8-10
