Garlic Tarragon Butter
1/2 cup butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp dried tarragon
Cracked pepper, to taste

Grilled Crab Legs
2-4 lbs. frozen king crab legs, thawed
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Melt butter with minced garlic in a small saucepan. Once the butter is fully melted add the remaining ingredients and keep at a simmer until your crab legs are ready. Heat your grill to medium-high. Brush both sides of each crab leg with olive oil and place on the heated grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning once. Serve with individual sides of the Garlic Tarragon Butter for dipping.

Tip: To safely thaw frozen crab legs, place them in a deep pan (to collect water) with plastic wrap tightly over top. Thaw in the refrigerator for 1 day prior to cooking. Once thawed, drain off the water and wipe dry before brushing with olive oil.
