6 oz pasta, any desired type, cook al dente
1/2 cup milk or light cream
3 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup warm, cooked vegetables, any choice, chopped
1 cup favorite shredded cheese, cheddar, Swiss, Monterey jack, etc
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped olives, pine nuts and parsley, garnishes

After past has cook, drain and return to cooking pot. Add milk and cream cheese, cook and stir over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in vegetables. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and garnishes.
