1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon dill seed
3 garlic clove, minced
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt
Dash cayenne pepper
6 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons chopped sweet red pepper

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first eight ingredients; shake well. In a small bowl, combine broccoli and red pepper; add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with a slotted spoon. Serves 6

Optional add-ins: quartered mushrooms, red pepper, red onion, snow peas, and cauliflower. It is also good with added chickpeas, sunflower seeds and or pumpkin seeds.
