1 (8 oz) cartons plain yogurt
1 (4 serving size) coconut cream pudding mix
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp rum extract
1 cup whipped topping
Bite-size pieces of fruits, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, grapes, oranges, etc.

In a medium bowl, blend yogurt and pudding mix; stir in pineapple and extract. Fold in whipped topping and fruit. Cover, refrigerate until servings. Note. Good also as a dip with fruit as dippers.
