4 pork chops, 1 1/2 inch thickness
1 large red onion, sliced
3/4 cup lime juice
1/2 tsp cayenne
Place chops in a resealable bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Prepare grill for medium-heat coals, banking them on the sides of the grill. Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chops on grill over indirect heat for 15-18 minutes, turning once. Heat marinade to boiling and serve with chops. Serves 4
