3 cups mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
21/2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Put in a 2 quart casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients and top the casserole. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
