1 lb frozen hash browns
1 small onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup

Grease 13x9 inch baking dish. Add the hash browns. Saute the onions in the butter, add sour, sour cream and cheese until cheese is melted. Pour over hash browns. Cover top with cornflakes. Bake at 450 for 45-60 minutes.
