1/2 pound bacon, finely chopped
3/4 cup finely diced onion
2 3/4 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/3 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp finely diced fresh chives
Saute bacon until crisp. Discard fat. Add onions and cook until translucent, 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside to cool for about 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately. Makes 12 servings
