1 cup ham, cooked and finely chopped
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup macadamia nuts, toasted, reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish
1/2 teaspoon season salt
Crackers for dipping

In a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer, mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple and seasoned salt until fully incorporated. Fold ham and macadamia nuts into mixture. Chill and top with reserved macadamia nuts before serving. Serves: 6
