1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp favorite mixed dried herb (such as dill weed, thyme, basil, oregano, sage and rosemary)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp water
4 ears corn, husks removed

Combine ingredients in small bowl and with a pastry brush, coat corn with butter mixture. Place corn on microwavable plate; microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 minutes. Turn corn over; microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 minutes or until tender. OR, wrap each ear in foil and bake at 450 for 25 minutes. Serves 4
