1 yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg chocolate chips
1 German sweet chocolate bar, grained, save about 1/4 cup
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup milk
Powdered sugar, for dusting.

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing. Top with grated chocolate and powdered sugar.
