2 cups cooked pork, cubed
2-3 large clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp dry sherry
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and coarsely chopped
3 cups cooked, cold rice
In a skillet, brown pork and garlic in oil. Add vegetables; cook 5-7 minutes on medium heat. Add soy sauce, sherry and sesame oil; cook another minute or two. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, another 3-4 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste.
