2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
3 tbsp coarse grained mustard
4 oz minced fresh basil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Pinch white pepper
3 lbs fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
In a shallow dish, mix together olive oil and melted butter. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat grill to high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade and thread on skewers. Lightly oil grate and arrange skewers to grill. Cook 4 minutes, turning once, until done. Serves 4-6
