1 head cabbage, grated
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
1 carrot, grated
1 small onion, chopped fine
Dressing
1 cup salad dressing
1/4 cup sugar
2 T cider vinegar
2 tsp water
1/4 tsp celery seed
salt and pepper
Toss ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir in the dressing, cover and refrigerate overnight. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
