1 1/4 cups packed dark brown sugar
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup honey
2-3 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
2 tbsp prepared Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. After ham bakes for about 2 hours, brush ham with glaze. Bake up to 45 minutes more and brush ham every 10 minutes with glaze.
