4 oz pkg soft-style cream cheese with chives and onion
1/4 cup chopped, drained marinated artichoke hearts
2 tbsp diced pimiento
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 (10inch ) flour tortillas
6 oz thinly sliced, fully cooked ham or prosciutto
4 oz sliced Swiss or provolone cheese
1 large romaine lettuce leaf, rib removed
In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and spread on tortillas. Divide remaining ingredients between tortillas. Roll, cover and chill seam sides down for 2-24 hours. To serve, cut each rol1 into 1/2 inch slices and arrange on a serving platter.
