1/2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise and sliced green onions
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8-1/4 tsp red pepper
1 (10 oz) pkg chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed, drained and chopped
6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
10 (7-8 inch ) tortilla shells
In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in next 4 ingredients and spread mixture on each tortilla shell to within 1/2 inch of the edges. Roll up the tortillas. Cover and chill the assembled tortillas for 2-25 hours. To serve, cut each rol1 into 1/4-1/2 inch slices and arrange on a serving platter.
