1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
Filling
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup Kahlua
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
Mocha Sauce
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup Kahlua and light corn syrup
Crust: Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
Filling: Preheat oven to 325. Slowly heat first 3 ingredients in a pan, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Set aside and cool slightly. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in remaining ingredients and chocolate mixture; then pour over crust. Bake for 40 minutes or just until filling is barely set in center. Remove from oven and let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour. Cut into small slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
Sauce: Combine ingredients in a saucepan over lo wheat. Stir constantly until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Serve warm or at room temperature over cheesecake.
