2 rib racks
Marinade
1 tbsp each celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt and black pepper
2 tbsp each liquid smoke, worcestershire sauce, parsley flakes and season salt
Combine marinade ingredients.
Place both racks on a separate sheet of foil that will completely cover and overlap ribs. Coat both sides of each rack with mixture, wrap tightly in foil, and let marinate overnight.
Without opening foil packets, cook over medium coals for about 1 hour, testing periodically until ribs are to desired doneness.
NOTE: I also like to use this marinate on roasts, briskets and steaks.
