1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup oil
3/4 cup mandarin orange juice
4 eggs
2 cans mandarin oranges

Frosting
1 large container whipped topping
1 large instant vanilla pudding mix
1 large can crushed pineapple

Mix first 4 ingredients. Stir in oranges. Bake in 3 layers in round cake pan for 20-25 minutes at 350. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting: Mix pudding mix with pineapple until pudding is mostly dissolved. Fold in whipped topping. Frost between layer, top and sides of cake. Store in refrigerator. Note: The longer is sets, the moister it gets.
